If you started riding motorcycles when you were young, like in your twenties, and now you're in your forties, this is a very common experience. The most common nutrient for the entire world to lack is vitamin D. If the doctor says that you are lacking in vitamin D, you'll be surprised at how amazing you feel in a month or so when you actively take vitamin D pills. It's literally like night and day. The starting healthy point for vitamin D levels is around 50, but some people have vitamin D levels all the way down in the single digits. So, if you can, tell your doctor about your symptoms and ask them to test your vitamin and nutrient levels in your body. You'll be much happier when they do.
